Miss you!

Hi to all of you!It's so sad , it was already 9 days ago that we left bucharest ! I can't believe it, time runs too fast for me! Anyway, I think there will be time to meet each other, all of us, maybe in onother country, maybe in Romania again! But of one thing I'm sure.. that everyone of us is keeping in his/her soul this experience in his/her heart! And there it will remain for ever! :)

The Budget!

The project budget is the base of the project and is defined for the total sum of the cost allocated to the project, activities and resources for a determined period of time. The goal/purpose of the budget is to control the project costs within the approved budget and deliver the expected project goals.

Budget management consists on a series of tasks and steps designed to help manage the costs of the project. It should attend to the definition, executing, controlling, and updating. 

The budget must be considered in the initial stage of the project planning in parallel with the development of the activities and schedule. The steps associated with budgeting are highly dependent on both the estimated lengths of tasks and the resources assigned to the project. . Cost of performing a task is directly related to the resources assigned to the task and his duration. The budget is the mechanism to control the project, if any parameter in the execution of the project begins to slip it will be reflected in the budget, because the costs are proportionally affected. If this happens the manager needs to determine where he needs to make adjustments.

Intercultural evening: Portugal

Deolinda, a portuguese band that bring the tradition back, and have roots in Fado. Also in this video it's possible to recognize some of the portuguese traditions, mostly clothes (as Lenços dos Namorados) and games.

Project Pier

Project Pier is an web interface for managing projects, teams, tasks, milestones/deadlines and share documentation with the partners and members of a project.
The application is user friendly, easy to manage, accessible to all members (depending of the definitions sets for wich user), and it's free.

Bartek

Bartek really likes local beer...and vodka:) It is amazing to discover all the bars in the town...so many beautiful places to see!!!

We went on a stadium to see football match Steaua:Rapid...It was awesome!!! Great atmosphere and a lot of sunflower seeds, haha

There are so many stray dogs in the streets of Bucharest... Heartbreaking!
